Last Tuesday (5 days ago) approximately 1 hour after 15 minutes on my exercise cycle, I began to feel a pain in my lower abdomen. This was similar to gas, along with a sharp feeling, that would sometimes change intensity & location slightly (around the groin area) when I sit.
I stopped cycling until today, when I began again with a much lighter resistance. The pain has returned, lower intensity.
I don't seem to be experiencing other symptoms, and it doesn't seem to change with food.
Any insight into the problem you could offer is appreciated,
