Shortness of breath and palpitations after eating

I posted about this before, but I didn't get many replies, and it's really starting to scare me.

So for years now I've been getting shortness of breath, a fast heartbeat, palpitations, and extreme fatigue after eating. These symptoms come and go. Some days I get it, some days I don't. It was gone for a whole month at one point, and it seemed to be getting better recently. But in the last week or so it's been getting much worse. Even very small amounts of food cause this. And I'm starting to get these things from seemingly nothing. Some days I just feel short of breath and fatigued.

I've been to a doctor and they've done blood tests, EKG, and ultrasound, and they have found nothing. It's really bringing down my quality of life (which is almost none by now) and I really feel like I'm not going to last much longer. Any information would be appreciated.

It might be Postprandial hypotension. That sort of thing happens to me now and again. I've been feeling pretty good since I've taking vitamin k2.

You need a 24 hour EKG monitoring. You are getting some kind of heart beat irregularity and this needs to be diagnosed properly.
