Should I be Alarmed?

For the last couple of days things for me health wise haven't been so great, and now for the last two days my feet have been extremely cold, I'm currently wearing three yes 3 pairs of woollen socks and a pair of fluffy slippers but for the life of me I can't warm my feet up.  They are so sore from the cold yet the rest of my body seems ok as in not cold.  But my face is HOT mostly on the cheeks.

If anyone here has gotten into the shower with cold feet and you know that burning sensation you get from that well that's how my feet are feeling constantly and I don't know if I should be alarmed?  I just want to warm them up this is painful having such cold feet and it's making me very miserable :o(

Do you have any discoloration of the hands or feet? May want to look up "Raynaud's" syndrome/phenomenon on the web.

do you have any other symptoms?  Are you tired, fatigued, gaining weight, dry skins, eyee, feeling blah.... to name a few...if so you may want to have your thyroid checked....if not (not sure here) there are syndromes of cold hand and feet...think I read it somewhere....
