Sinus burning after exercise

For the past few months I have been exercising and started to run a few miles outside.  Each time I run outside,  I would find almost immediately after the run,  my nose would start to burn and get irritated.  It would get worse. . .  running, congested, and pressure and last 1-2 days.  I have taken over the counter drugs such as Claritin and Zirtec.  I then started running indoors on a treadmill.  Same thing happened . .after my run. . my nose would get irritated and the cycle would start all over.

Please help.  I have not been affected by allergies in the past and do not have asthma.

Thank you for your comments.  I believe I will have to check in with a Dr.  to see what the deal is.  Hopefully running again without fear sinus problems.

I have no idea what causes this, but I have the same thing when I run.  I have to carry a handkerchief with me for the first 20 minutes to blow the nose, then it just plugs up.  I just deal with it, but I did find that a little benedryl helps a little.
