Sleeping

My 10 yr old daughter said she didn't feel well this past Friday so she stayed home from school. I got caught up in my own thing and it didn't dawn on me that Tori didn't come downstairs. I mean she usually plays on her own and plus she's on punishment. I went upstairs after calling her name like 5 times and she was asleep, this was like 1pm. Her sister came home and she was still asleep, although I heard her a couple times going to the bathroom. She didn't eat anything Friday and it's now Saturday and she's been in the bed all day other than taking a shower this morning, she ate 5-6 bites of pancakes and went back to bed and has been there since? she has a slight fever still and I've given her some baby aspirin last night and this evening. I'm getting really concerned now, because every other time she's fine the next day. What could this be? she did just recently lose a tooth, but I looked in her mouth and I see the other tooth already coming in, a little crooked, but coming in. I think it's her biter tooth?

Hello, I'm not sure? I guess I need to look up the symptoms? Thank you.
