Small anal bumps
Hello,
I currently am being treated for a UTI. I am a nineteen year old female, and have had the same sex partner for three years. The past month my anus has been very itchy off and on, or feeling raw. I have been treating it with diaper rash cream, because hemorrhoid cream was not working. I also noticed my stool has changed with some dark brown spots now and then. Sometimes it kinda hurts when I poop. Well today I felt a small bump, when I was putting on cream. I checked with a mirror and saw that they were some really small bumps on my ANUS !!! they were in clusters and I dont know what to do.

Also they are white and the area seems dry. I noticed I have a bit of anal skin hanging lower than the others too, I am super worried. Please help.
