Small lump near ear

I have a small lump near my ear right above my jaw bone. It's not visible. It doesn't hurt but when I press it I can feel it throbbing. I've had this for years and it hasn't effected me. But I'm starting to wonder if it could be something serious.

I knew an older guy with the same thing. He ignored it for years, went to the GP and then was sent to the hospital. They removed it there and then. See your GP.

Hey! I'm not a medical expert or even close to medicine, really, but that jaw thing is normal. One of my friends had it, but it kind of disappeared after a while. And I know another person who still has it. So it's fine, don't worry about it!

hi, i have no mediacal expertise but i think you should see someone about it. I mean, if its been around for years it probably will be for more and you might as well know what it is.  Better safe than sorry. Hope i am making sense.
