Smelly yellowish pellets coming up from chest/throat

For years now I've asked this question of  many doctors/dentists and it still remains to be answered...Quite frequently I get really bad breath for around a week which is followed by expulsion of very hard, yellowish in colour, very smelly pellets from my throat and/or chest. Sometimes it is followed by a bad sinus infection and /or bronchitis, but not always! It is very unpleasant and I would just love to get rid of this problem. I should also mention that I've had phlegm non-stop in my throat for as long as I can remember, I don't know if this could possibly be associated with this condition/problem...I am not a smoker/nor do I live in a smoke-filled environment.

i also have four tonsils by the way. (i hope u got my last message )so it would make complete sense for me to get lil things stuck in them and then have them rot. but it started after that really bad marijuana experince.. hmm... maybe that caused the sinus infection, and i just havent been able to recover yet.

ive had thesame thing. it stated ever since one night were me and a few friends had way too much marijuana, sorta greened out.. anyways that was like 5 months ago . . . and the "phlegm" things were like realy bad in the beginning. every week id cough those little ***** up. i dnt know why but i thought it was to do with the minor dehydration i had also accumulated after smoking that sick weed. bleh (havent taken any weed since btw) ... so i just started drinking lots and lots of water. and they cleared up pretty good. and every time they come back. i just drink alot again and wont see them for a couple of months. water though. not juice or anything, and by a lot i mean 6-8 pints a day or something. i havent tried anything else, or put much thought to it, because it cleared up so fast. and that phlemg feeling in the back of the throatgoes with it too. so it probably is a sinus infection but fr me, water clears it up.

I've also had them for many years. One way to help prevent them is to stay hydrated with plenty of fluids while eating to ensure your mouth isn't full of food and not enough liquid to wash it down. Also try gargling daily with Listerine,as it kills most of the bacteria from the tonsoliths that get stuck and aids in them dissolving away( which prevents you from even knowing they exist).
