Something is wrong..Please Help

I have been experiencing nausea, dizziness, foogy head, sorness, back pain, shooting pains in my vagina, extreme fatigue, sharp pains in my breasts, a lot of burping, loss of appetite, and bad headaches for the past two weeks.

I am currently using Mirena and it is in place and looks good according to my GYN. Pregnancy test negative. I went today for a pelvic ultrasound and nothing abnormal found.

Another doctor has ordered a urine test to check for a kidney / bladder infection.

I don't know where to go from here. All I know is that I feel horrible and nobody seems to know what's going on with me. I just want to feel well again.

Hello,

All the symptoms that you have mentioned are the adverse effects or side effects of mirena. It causes abdominal/pelvic pain, nausea, light headedness, headache, back pain, breast pain, hypertension and menstrual abnormalities.

I sincerely advise you to discuss about mirena with your doctor and talk about shifting to some other birth control measure.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.
