Sometimes dry mouth, nose and throat. Because of my skincare?

Hello i am 18 i am an opera student, and used to feel very often dry mouth , nose and throat, every morning i wake up with a burning sensation in the back of my mouth, and dry with no moist. I don't know if this is mental, because u think that is because the skincare products i used,  but i used regular skincare products like dior o clarins, and sometimes i think this is the problem and i change them, but sometimes it helps if i change my cleanser, but i don't know if this is something that icreate in my mind and it reflects on my body, also i used to put moisturizer to my skin, sometimes even get oily but i still fell it tight and dry, i don't know why this is happening to me, and somedays, i just have a beautiful healthy day. Whats wrong with me.

Thanks

Some medications can cause dry mouth.  Drinking more should certainly help.  So can a humidifier in your bedroom at night.  It's unlikely, but there is an autoimmune disorder called Sjogren's that often starts with a dry mouth.  If you develop any other symptoms, you'll want to talk to a doctor.  Hopefullymit's a simple hydration issue.

I have a similar problem with dry mouth and throat on waking and no matter how much water I drink, the feeling stays in the back of my throat. Mine started about two weeks ago when I had a particularly bad head cold and an off-and-on fever for two days. All I can suggest is try drinking more water and keep some within reach when you're sleeping so that if you wake up and your mouth and throat are starting to feel dry, you can sip the water and maybe that will help. That's what I've been doing. Otherwise, try a mouthwash specially designed to prevent and treat dry mouth, such as Biotene, or Act has a variety for it too.
