Sore all over, skin hurts to touch, face is tingly.
Saturday afternoon I fell asleep for about six hours and woke up extremely sore all over with a very strong headache. I couldn't move my neck side to side very easily without terrible pain, it took a lot of effort to push myself off the bed, stand up, et cetera. My skin was also very sensitive to the touch, mostly my back and thighs and what I guess you could call "softer skin" (or skin that is more sensitive anyway). I took a few tylenol and went back to sleep, because it was all I felt like doing. The next day it was just worse, so I figured I should probably get up and move around a bit, go for a walk or something. It didn't lessen or increase the pain. However, on several occassions Monday, I noticed my face tingles and gets partially numb. I'm pretty worried about this because most of the pain is in my neck, so please help! Thank you.
