Spasms?!

Hi guys! I get these really weird muscle twitches all over my body. Sometimes it feels like right in my chest where my heart is. I take my pulse when these happens and the pulse is normal. I also get these twitches/thumps in the temple of my head?? along with in my legs, arms, feet, eyes, ANYWHERE. im guessing its just due to my severe anxiety?? any thoughts would be awesome! God bless

Medications or poor diet can cause magnesium deficiency.  I have severe muscle spasms so bad in my legs the bed shakes.  I get them all through my body and its very annoying.  My doctor said to take magnesium because it was a side effect from my mood stabelizer and it went away.  Potassium could be another option but most likely magnesium.  ill copy and paste what i found online for you:
Potassium and magnesium directly affect how your muscles perform when you need them most, and if you don’t have enough of these nutrients your leg muscles will respond stiffly if they respond at all. Most magnesium is stored in the tissues, so leg cramps, foot pain or muscle ‘twitches’ are usually the first signs
