Spontaneous small scratches and breaks in .

I have tsmall scratches and skin breaks that appear, spontaneously, from time to time on different body parts; hands, wrists, fingers.  sometimes they hurt a little.  I was diagnosised with mild eczema. Could it be a form of that?

Hi! Yes, it can be eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, dry skin or even a rash that itches. Please consult a skin specialist and get this examined. Take care!

Could be. Both my sons have Seborrhoeic dermatitis and they get worse at times. I would suggest you go to a dermatologist and have a cream prescribed for you that will end these episodes that you have. Also, a hypoallergenic cream could help you after baths, to keep moisture in.
