Stomach pians on right side, diarrhea, fatigue

for the past 2 or 3 years i've had stomach pains that would come and go once in a while so i tryed not eating dairy which seemed to help for a little but after a few months the stomach pains returned. other then a few stomach pains i've been really healthy and almost never get sick. i'm now 15 and for the past 7 months the stomach pains have gotten alot worse and more often. i also have severe diarrhea almost everyday and had blood in my stool for about 2 week but it just went away. i went to see a GI and they put me on polyethylene glycol claiming that i'm constipated and "blocked up in side" i take 6 teaspoon of this daily but it seems to give me more diarrhea(i've been taking this for about 3 months). i've had x-rays of my stomach which showed "the blockage" but my gut feeling is telling me that if it was that i should be feeling better by now. i've also had blood tests for just about everything possible and had my stool test aswell but nothing has showen up. the pains now come almost daily and are usally on the lower right side of my abdomin. i'm also very tired all of the time and in the past month if i stand up to fast or when i get out of bed i get this head rush dizzy feeling and my eyes go blurry for a few seconds, but i don't know if that has anything to do with the stomach pains...
this is really starting to mess with my life and i'm worryed to go out now.
what is wrong with me?

i've talked to the GI again and she claimed that the polyethylene glycol  that i'm taking is not clearing out the bowel and told me to take 8 teaspoons daily(4 at lunch and 4 at night) the pain is now daily and i have had diarrhea 3-6 times everyday now for the past 2-3 weeks. the pain has also gotten worse and i'm sometime the pain is so bad i'm on the floor screaming in pain. my GI keeps telling me the pain is from the bowel being cleaned out but i haven't had a normal bowel mouvement in a long time and i don't think it would cause this much pain. i feel bad saying the Gi might not be right but it jsut doesn't seem right. the dizzy feeling also comes almost everytime i stand up and i black out for a second.i've also become more tired and will sleep for over15 hours and still feel the same.
the GI has done some test with but they all came back negative. she doesn't want to do anymore because she says i have to give the polyethylene glycol time to work. there is not family history of anything like this so i i don't know what to suspect.

anyways thanks for your time:)

Hi,

You should consult your doctor and preferably a gastroenterologist at the earliest for the symptoms you are having.

'Lower right abdominal pain shall be defined as abdominal pain occurring to the right of an imaginary line drawn below the belly button or umbilicus.'

http://www.abdopain.com/lower-right-abdominal-pain.html

You need to consult a doctor to rule out appendicitis, kidney stones, diverticulitis, crohn's disease, pelvic inflammatory disease etc.

The further plan of management would involve -

'-Blood tests including full blood count, electrolytes, urea, creatinine, liver function tests, pregnancy test and lipase.
-Urinalysis
-Imaging including erect chest X-ray and plain films of the abdomen
-An electrocardiograph to rule out a heart attack which can occasionally present as abdominal pain

If diagnosis remains unclear after history, examination and basic investigations as above then more advanced investigations may reveal a diagnosis. These as such would include

-Computed Tomography of the abdomen/pelvis
-Abdominal or pelvic ultrasound
-Endoscopy and colonoscopy'

Let us know about what your doctor advises and if you need any further information.

Regards.
