Strange, painful symptoms-What is wrong?

My boyfriend is complaining of these symptoms: Swollen kidneys (he thinks), nausea, vomiting, hot and cold flashes, and excessive sweating.  He told me it feels like his stomach is getting bigger and he isn't sure if it is due to the water he is drinking.  He hasn't really eaten in days.  He has painful stomach cramp type feelings.  He cannot lay down because it is too painful.  If he lays a certain way (certain side) he throws up.  He hasn't really eaten, so it is just bile he throws up.  Hard time peeing, so perhaps a bladder infection? Any suggestions on what this is or what to do?

He needs to visit an E.R and sort this out immediately. It could be serious. From urinary system infection to pancreatitis. It could be something simple or something very serious.

He may have appendicitis.
If it is that or bladder infection He needs to be seen right away.
