Strange blackout feeling upon leaning forward

I started suffering an unusual cluster of symptoms back in June 2011.

The symptoms began with heart palpitations, feeling weak, shortness of breath, and a strange blackout feeling upon leaning forward.

Two days ago, I had those same symptoms plus a few more: cold sweats, weak legs, and teeth vibrating.

I find that sleep remedies the situation. I must sleep for at least 10 hours, though not all at once, two day in a row.

Afterward I have a dull, aching feeling in the center of my chest. This dissipates over the course of eight hours.

Back in June, two things occurred; I started a five to six times a week exercise program (going from a three day a week exercise program) and I wrote a 129,000 word novel about some serious abuse which happened to me.

My thoughts about what this could be. Anxiety. Panic attack. Hypoglycemia. Lack of sleep (usually symptoms appear after I got too little sleep). PTSD? Heart related?

In 2007/2008, I had Perimyocarditis (inflammation of the heart's lining and the heart's muscle). I was seriously ill with the illness. Some of my symptoms remind me of the Perimyocarditis. My therapist says I have PTSD from having that serious illness.

I am so sorry. I also apologize not getting back to you sooner. I still need to learn how to navigate in here. (I need to read the instructions) Yes, you have many issues and a call to your internist would be helpful. I wish I had more to share.

I forget to add in my original symptoms that a side effect of the Myocarditis was Atrial Fibrillation. It went away when the Myocarditis and Pericarditis healed. But I wonder if these symptoms are related to that side effect.

No, have not been to a doctor for these symptoms, but I guess I need to call one. I wonder which kind. Cardiologist, I have one. Or internist, have one too.

I did have an EKG done at the beginning of this year and nothing was wrong. Also I had an echocardiogram due to chest pain. The chest pain resolved and turned out to be too little thyroid medication.

Now, I wonder if I am on too much thyroid medicine, because I started exercising.

Thanks for answering.
