Strange muscle aches, primarily in one leg

I'm a 24 year-old male, 6'3 180-ish pounds so not overweight. Been having some strange muscle aches over the last few days, mostly in my left leg but some in my left arm as well along with hand cramps rare hand cramps and an occasional painless muscle spasm. The leg ache becomes most noticeable when sitting down, which makes me think I'm compressing a nerve maybe when sitting down. occasionally I'll feel what feels like heat in a small part of my leg (like a part small enough to pinch with two fingers). When sitting my leg or foot occasionally falls asleep. This all only happens with my left leg. I mostly eat well, though I'll admit I drink more soda than I should, and am in the process of cutting back. I have an anxiety disorder so it's possible that that is playing some part in the pain. I am also currently homeless and sleeping in my car, which means I'm curled up all night, which leads me to think that perhaps that's playing a part in causing lasting soreness, since I've chalked up other random aches to that in the past. Any thoughts? Is this something I should worry about?

Low magnesium isn't a bad idea. However, there are other causes of muscle spasms. Thiamine deficiency (rare) could also contribute.

Low magnesium causes a long list of symptoms from muscle cramps to pain to anxiety. Soda and stress are two of many causes of low magnesium.

Thank you. After some research, I added Magnesium to my routine along with my multivitamine, since the foods containing magnesium arent foods I eat often.
