Strange neuro problem persists after 10 months now

HI,  Strange neuro problem persists after 10 strait months now.  Same cronic (chronic) moderate to severe headache (literally 24/7), very little change in intensity since about February of this year, its focused right smack between my eyes and my whole forehead and scalp feel very tense.   I have also had occasional eposodic SEVERE vertigo and nystagmus that lasts for like a week at a time then vanishes for a couple months.   I have had negative MRI and MRA's of the brain/neck.  Everything else seems to be in order, but this problem is a mystery.  It's very debilitating, please help me find out why I have this pain.   One theory is it might be nasal pain by Vasomotor rhinitis causing the turbines to press against my sensitive nasal wall... just a theory of mine based on the way I feel...also it feels like the blood pressure is way too high in my head,  its that kind of feeling... I also feel extremely "spaced out" all of the time (for example, I will suddenly feel like I am in a dream and I am frightened by that, then I quicky "snap out of it" and back to trying to ignore the pain and tension).

Last but not least, something else strange that has been happening much more recently is I will wake up in the middle of the night and my 1 or often both knees will in AGONIZING pain..so severely I can't move my legs. Finally, I wiggle around agonizing in pain until I can get them moving and "work the pain out" after 5-10 minutes of moving my leg around and walking around.  And I don't have problems with this during the day when I'm active only happens in my sleep so far. under 35 yrs/Male

ive been having the same problem some days its better than others i have linked it to sinus problems or recently ive been in an accident of falling off my roof so this may indicate a pinched nerve im going to get x rays tomorow
