Sudden unbearable hip/leg pain probably associated with my MS

I have a sudden onset of unbearable hip/leg pain in my right hip/leg. I was diagnosed with MS on May 1, 2012 & my right leg has always had problems. But this is so unbearable I want to go to the ER. I stopped taking my Avonex injections about 2 weeks ago because I started vomiting afterwards and have just felt horrible since starting treatment. My neuro says my MRI shows massive improvement & Im doing great but I am not. I owe a mountain of medical bills & hate to add another ER visit to them, but I can't stand the pain. What should I do & what could this be?
