Hi
Welcome to the forum!
I am sorry to hear about this. You either have an exacerbation of IBS or have developed associated conditions like Crohn’s and Celiac disease. IBS with Crohn’s is sometimes very difficult to control.
Memory loss is possible due to fatigue and general weakness due to loss of nutrients. The weight loss is because of diarrhea and the food not getting absorbed properly. I would strongly recommend you to see a gastroenterologist (a specialist who looks after the diseases of our digestive system). It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
OMG
i have just come on here as for the last 3 days i have been both costipated and the had burst of diorreah my upper abdomen is swollen i feel lathargic and generally low.

I have been to the doctors who believes it may be appendisitus. I have never had anything like this before and i would like to point out that i am also on CERAZETT. i wonder if this is a link at all???
