Swollen Glands in stomach

by aide453, Sep 17, 2009 01:01AM
My 11 daughter has been suffering from serious stomach pain (she has mentioned a burning feeling)  I took her to our emergency unit over the weekend and the doctor took an urine sample and blood tests which all came back normal.  He gave me myprodol for the pain and buscopan.  The next day I took her back as she still wasn't well and the doctor conducted a sonar where it showed that she has got swollen glands in her stomach which are causing the pain.  They never gave her any antibiotics.   It is now 4 days later and the pain is still there.  She woke up in the early hours of this morning in pain and sopping wet from sweating.  Please help me.  I have no idea what is causing this and the doctors don't seem to have any answers.
