Swollen Labia & Pain at the bottom of vagina opening

I haven't dealt with pain during sex before like this. It was a horrble pain but very uncomfortable. I felt like I wasn't "wet" but my boyfriend said I was..but the part that worried me was that after sex I peed and it felt like a really sharp pain(kind of burning) and then I notice that my Labia was extremely Swollen and it was swollen all the way to the bottom of my Vagina. My boyfriend is "bigger" so I've always been a little sore and a little swollen, but never like this. The labia itself is not tender but towards the bottom of my vagina opening it is very tender.. We are in a long relationship so we do not use condoms, so it can't be latex. I haven't switched soaps/detergents or anything. I'm really confused, I don't know if its UTI( urinary tract infection) orbartholin cysts or something else?
I just got treated for bacterial infection about a month ago, so I just got tested for everything else so its not an STD or anything. I've never experienced these symptoms before so I don't know what the deal is..
Please help :/

I have had that happen to me before to.. When i had my ex bf to look i was extremely swollen and hurt unlike anything I have ever felt. My ex was on the bigger side as well and so I was used to the stuff that goes along with it like you are. Until I had to wake up and go to the emergency room and that was not funny.... They told me that I have an infection gland down there and that in some women that is the one that flares up. Not meaning to scare you or anything but they had to lance it to get the infection out of it and it could not be done until it was ready. However the doctor's were really gentle and it did not hurt that bad. That is a tender spot so I can't say that it was not some pain included. However when i got it lanced about 6 mnths later it came back and I had to go through the process all over again. Good news though: Its been almost 2 1/2 yrs and I haven't had another one since knock on wood LOL.... But now everytime I get sore down there I think that is what it is.. So go get it checked out and see what they say about the whole thing...

Get tested for TRICH. The symptoms you describe could be that.
