Swollen bumps

I had a swollen bump behind my ear for the last two days, when I woke up this morning there were two.  I have also notice a bump on the back of my head that feels the same and hurts like the other two do.  Anyone have any idea what's going on?  I've heard about swollen lymph nodes behind the ears but nothing on the back of the head?

Usually it is related to an infection.  It could be a skin infection or your tonsils I think, or a virus.  Watch for other signs of infection, and monitor your temperature.  If you have a fever of 101 degrees F or more, it is probably time to call the doctor.
