Swollen glands

Hi,I have Swollen glands on the back of my head(higher neck) and i also have a bump under my chin almost like a sist,it doesnt hurt and it shrinks and grows?
Can you answer some of my questions please?

Epidermal cysts have some similar behaviors to what you described. It is benigh tumor and will become swollen or shrink spontaneously. Sometimes it is hurt when infected by bacteria.
