Symptoms - help?

So out of nowhere a few months ago I had what I think was a panic attack (had been feeling fine for years before). Ever since, I've had pretty bad anxiety for no reason. I've also had dizziness, a feeling of breathlessness (both symptoms were bad but now gone) and I am now experiencing fatigue and derealisation (feel out of it). I have nothing really to get stressed about right now - except for these worrying symptoms that are persisting. I've been to the doctor and had lots of bloods taken, ECG, echo etc - nothing found. I'm 18 years old, male. Any help appreciated - very worried.

Sounds like you have bad anxiety. I would talk to the doctor again about this to see if you can give you feedback on how to feel less anxious.

Hi Jimmyi just wwanted to say that im truly sorry about how rough a life you had so far,  but just to let you know I'm going through the same thing your going . Wondering why my body ia functioning differently and what could possibly be the cause.  Ive never knew i had anxiety till i ended in the hospital do to tachycardia,  Which anxiety can cause,  so i was worried about my heart the whole time till i was refer in to a cardiologist,  but all the ekg and eco-cardiogram, x rays,  stress test,  holter monitor for 48 hours.  Were all perfectly fine no sinus of arrhythmia or neither any type of cardiac problem,  so what my cardiologist told me was all the test they gone through were normal,  but it doesn't mean there's nothing wrong to me,  he told me he still thinks that there could be a possibility that some type of cardiac tissue is in my heart which is disturbingly me when ever im relaxed,  so he tells me that he is not 100% sure that nothing is wrong with me but he still has a feeling that something small really small is causing all my heart and symptoms,  so dont worry , there could be things small things that a ekg or echo cardio cant pick up so dont think your going nuts.  It could be something but its most likely not to be life-threatening because if it was they would of diagnosed it all ready,  so dont give , there could be something that a doctor might of misdiagnosed or that haven't gone into further testing to see what's really wrong, , so make sure you talk to your doctor about how you feel and what you think is possibly wrong.  And dont worry your life ain't going to end because of these weird symptoms your having.  If you gone through it once you can go through it not twice nor three but anytime it happens.  Good luck and wish you the best
