Symptoms I'm having

For the past month I've been feeling tired all the time, I have no energy. I feel achey all over, I get severe pain in my back, ankles, and wrists. I get at least 8 hours of sleep a night and it doesn't feel like it's enough. I wake up everyday and just feel awful. Can someone please help me to see what is going on with me?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Constant tiredness and fatigue can be due to anemia, chronic fatigue  syndrome, hypothyroidism, disorders of the hypothalamus, psychiatric disorders like depression and sleep-related breathing disorders. The other serious disease which is associated with fatigue and body ache are HIV infection, lymphoma and other blood dyscrasias, muscular dystrophy and other neurological disorders.

Hence, baseline blood tests should be limited to a complete blood count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, standard blood chemistries, and thyroid function tests. Meantime, having nutritious food, OTC pain killers, skeletal muscle relaxants against prescription, hot water bath and body massage
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I feel the same way as you. I wake up in the morning and my whole body hurts and I too am very tired. I am starting to think its my bed. I notice when I wake up I am very stiff. Maybe its your bed or maybe you have a few medical things going on. I think the best thing you can do is talk to your doctor about it, he/she should be able to put things together to try and figure out whats going on.

I was very depressed a while back and was always tired, I was so tired I could not even get out of the bed. I also was achy all over and I thought I was falling apart literally. Not saying that you are depressed just saying how I felt.

Good luck:)

The best thing you can do for yourself is to go see a doctor and have some tests done. Your symptoms could be the result of several health problems. Your body is sending you warning signals that something is wrong. It could be something as simple as having a bad reaction to the chemicals being emitted from your bed........especially if it is a new bed.
