You are at risk of acidosis, if not already there. It takes about 3 x testing your PH with analyzing meals preceding the testing to establish a clear picture of PH levels.
Left untreated, acidosis is a guaranteed way to lose total control of your
life. Following are some consequences:
Mineral loss resulting in significant deficiencies (causing hair loss),
weak immune system, unexplained fatigue, weight gain or weight loss,
skin conditions,digestive ailments,difficulty concentrating, depression,
stiffness in joints, fungal infections, candida overgrowth, recurrent infections
arthritis,osteoporosis,chronic muscle and bone pain,premature aging ,
low adrenal function, low thyroid function.
Need I say more?
You must find a natural medicine practitioner to facilitate your recovery
asap!
Prescription meds not only will NOT help , but bring PH even lower, as they are acidifying themselves.
I have "lost" a good friend of mine who is still (barely) alive, suffering the effects of acidosis from severe joint and muscle pains to depression and paranoia, cardiovascular disease, hearing loss, digestive issues, cancer, ulcers...
He's now on 15 medications. I tried to help, but he said he trusted his doctor at the time and wanted to carry on with the treatment and see if he would improve, before trying a more holistic aproach as I was suggesting.
Things got totally out of control in a few short months. Too late.
Very little vitamin D- which is a vital HORMONE in over 300 gene activation processes- is absorbed in low PH environments.
If this is not corrected by a serious comprehensive alkalizing protocol, your health will deteriorate further to the point of no return.
Sorry about the grim details, but this is your life and sugar-coating your prognosis, will be doing you a disservice.
You are still quite young and you can pick up from this mess and rebuild your life again. You will need to find a good therapist as well who uses talk therapy and "lifestyle medicine".
We are living in the right era for hair loss BTW, , since clean shaven heads are in, lol!
Best wishes,
Niko
I would definitely see a doctor, maybe even an endocrinologist. What you are describing sounds like a hormonal imbalance of some type. Could be hypothyroidism or a series of other disorders. Visit the doctor and have them run blood tests to check your levels.
