Throat Cramping

When I'm tired and yawning, my throat will severly cramp from ear to ear and leave the area sore.  Sometimes the cramp will last several minutes and at times can be scary and this can happen several times in a row. Has anyone had this happen to them?  Thanks for any comments.

You don't need Potassium.  Magnesium should be added to your Calcium at a 2:1 ratio of Calcium to magnesium.

Thank you for responding!  The throat cramping was my main concern, but I have cramping in ribcage and left upper leg.  I take a calcium substitute, but I recently bought OTC potassium 595 mgs. to try.  Maybe I needed both.  Thanks again!
