Throat/swallowing pain, small burp and lift-filled salliva pressed up

When I swallow salliva, excessive air goes down my swallow. It's painful. A squezing-sound is followed and I can press up air-filled salliva.

I've realized it's because air does not elevate to eustachian tubes and middle-ear when I swallow. Why has this suddenly happened to me? Why are my eustachian tubes clogged, but my ears working alright and does not hurt?

The reason I found out about the eustachian tube, is becaus I used a neti pot and suddenly the problem dissappeared for a few minutes.

This discussion is related to Constant tiny burps..
