Tingling/numbness in both hands/feet/arms

For the past 2 days, i have experienced recurring numbness/tingling in both of my hands. It lasts anywhere from 15-40 minutes, and comes back a couple times a day. Today both of my hands and arms and entire face started to tingle.. and later on my feet started to with nothing else. I sat up today and felt a bit dizzy.
its been quite hot outside and im wondering if this could possibly be a symptom of dehydration or if it is more serious?

HAVE YOU BEEN UNDER A GREAT DEAL OF STRESS LATELY? COULD THIS BE A SIGN OF HEART ATTACK OR STROKE? THESE SOUND LIKE SERIOUS SYSTEMS ENOUGH TO WARRANT A TRIP TO THE DR ASAP.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If its hot outside, you could be dehydrated and having low electrolytes. Take plenty of fluids and ORS and water and see if it helps. The other possibility is pinched vcervical nerve high up in the neck. The third possibility is orthostatic or postural hypotension, which will also partially respond to fluids and ORS. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
