Too many ulcers!

My journey thus far:
One day, I had 15 ulcers at one time, was fatigued, and was really sick.   I went through about 8 doctors before they realized my IEG levels were through the roof.  Normalcy is less than 150, and I had 10,000.  I went through 2 more doctors trying to find the reason.  A year after my symptoms, a doctor spotted that I had a parasite called strongyloides.  After the treatment of it, my IEG levels went down, and I started to feel a lot better.  I started to begin all my regular life activities.

Now to the problem:
My ulcer numbers have reduced a lot, but I still always have at least 2.  If I'm lucky, I can go 4-5 days with none, but it is a rare occurrence.  I recently went to the doctor, and they noticed my IEG levels went up (slightly).  They tested me for parasites, and it came back negative.  Now they think I might have B-12 deficiency, celiac disease, or something else that that nurse on the phone didn't say.  I am scheduled to go to the doctor again soon, but I really want more than just one doctor looking for a solution.
If anyone has any ideas with what might be going on with me, please message me!!!

It is hard to find answers to some of our symptoms through what doctors are taught in medical school. My last appointment with a kind specialist told me that he was taught to look at the information he was limited to through testing and treat it. He knows I have been getting answers from a functional medical doctor's approach. He told me to keep going to this doctor and to know I could come back and see him if needed. Functional medical doctors look at the body as a systematic approach. Looking and testing differently to try and find the cause. Try Functionalmedicine.org.
