Too young for this much joint pain

I'm 19 years old.  I have always had slight body problems, doesn't everybody? But I have always been really athletic and I play violin.  Until last year. Biking too much hurt my knees, and my body just collapsed.  Since then I have had debilitating knee pain, wrist problems, TMJ...pretty much all my joints are messed up.  No Drs know whats wrong with me.  My blood tests have all turned out negative, for Lyme's, rhumatoid arthritis, etc.  X-rays of my wrists and knees are perfectly normal.  Over the last year the pain has been ongoing, often so I can barely walk.  I can't write or use my hands, or play violin anymore. My life has change, I feel like I can't do anything.  I used to  do Tae Kwon Do twice a week, horseback riding, and dancing. I don't know what do anymore, can anyone offer realistic help?
I have already tried different herbal and homeopathic things, (yes I do believe in homeopaths, but none have been able to help me so far) and many things people have suggested.  I don't want the pain to change me as a person, it can be so hard to be happy when it feels like your body is in control of your life, not you.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
I understand you have undergone several tests. However, I am giving you the list of conditions which may cause multiple joint pains. See what was missed while testing. One possibility is fibromyalgia. The cause of fibromyalgia is often hereditary or due to a physical or emotional trauma or due to lingering infection in the body such as due to mono. It can also be due to severe or long lasting anemia. The treatment is a mix and match of analgesics, anti depressants, anti seizure medications, physical therapy and counseling. Correcting anemia and treating infection also helps.
Apart from fibromyalgia multiple joint pain is seen in hypothyroidism, low Vitamin D levels, Low Vit B12 levels, anemia, Hasimotos thyroiditis, gout (can sometimes cause multiple joint pain), rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, SLE, electrolyte disturbance particularly those involving calcium and magnesium, parathyroid gland problems, chondrocalcinosis and chronic fatigue syndrome.
Menopause like condition caused by PCOD is often associated with Vit D and calcium disturbances and hormonal disturbances causing multiple joint pain. Another possibility is reactive arthritis, which could have occurred in reaction to some thing—especially if you suffer from allergies. Please talk to your doctor regarding these and get yourself examined accordingly. Hope this helps. Take care!

I also don't know what is happening with your body/joints, but for now all I can say is pray, miracles happen everyday, don't give up... and continue on searching for your situation. and even you are in pain, make sure you can smile everyday... God Bless
