Tremors and muscle stiffness

I have been taking intfertility drugs for 6 months, on my last cycle I was taking Metformin, estrogen patches, and progesterone shots. One week ago I started experiencing tremors in my arms and now have in my legs, with some stiffness. I contacted my fertility doctor and he told me this may be side effects of the medicine. I am not pregnant.
