Try neem soap or other neem product. It could be folliculitis. Tea tree oil is also good. If topical treatments don't improve it, it could be food allergies or Celiac.
They are not easy to get rid of and once you have them and scratch, you spread the germs and then you get more. They are like little plugs under the skin.
I started to get them after the menopause.
You need to wash the area with a microbial emollient (Dermol 600) and also apply an antibacterial cream. Your doctor should have prescribed something for you. An antiseptic cream like Germolene, Sudocrem or
similar may help too. I even applied Trimovate which is a antifungal and antibacterial cream.
At first I put a few drops of Ttree oil in the bath water, but it didn't really help.
Sugar scrubs are pretty good because they get rid of the dead skin, but the scrub does not get rid of the bumps.
Best to get some for of treatment for the bumps before they get worse, otherwise it takes even longer to get rid of them.
HELLO, CAN YOU THINK OF ANYTHING NEW OR DIFFERENT YOU STARTED DOING WHEN THE BUMPS FIRST STARTED APPEARING? I AM THINKING THEY COULD BE INGROWN HAIRS. SOMETIMES HAIR BUMPS HAPPEN WHEN YOU START A NEW EXERCISE OR SPORT MAINLY BECAUSE OF THE RUBBING OF MATERIAL BREAKS OFF THE HAIRS WHERE IT NORMALLY WOULDN'T. DEPENDING ON WHAT TYPE OF HAIR YOU HAVE, LIKE IF IT IS FINE THERE MAY NOT BE ANY IRRITATION (ITCH OR PAIN)YOU CAN FEEL. I HOPE THIS MAY GIVE YOU A CLUE. BEST WISHES
