Ultra sound - enlarged liver

i was in ER and they performed an ultra sound and some lab work. it came back my Lipase levels were elevated and my liver is enlarged. i have a lot of pain.
i cannot see a primary care doc, only ER. 1st what could cause this? second what should i eat?

You are going to have to get this resolved expeditiously. Do not pass go. Do not collect two hundred dollars. Death is forever. You have a life-threatening condition that cannot be resolved by an internet bulleten board consultation.  A hospital has to treat you under the Hill-Burton Act, which you should cite when dealing with the registration clerk. If he doesn't know what that is see the hospital administrator and remind him that a violation of the care mandated by this act is a violation of the U.S. code and is grounds for cesation of federal funding for his institution.

There are three causes of elevated lipase;they are gastroenteritis,pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer.Elevated lipase and enlarged liver is found only in pancreatic cancer.Pls consult a gastroenterologist and oncologist as soon as possible.
