Underlying Health Issue

Hi everyone,

Around 6 weeks ago I began to experience bowel issues. The first time I noticed them was when I hardly had the urge to pass stools as I usually do (I usually pass stools 2-3 times a day, now it seems like I only do it in the morning).

During the early stages, I experienced multiple episodes of constipation & diarrhoea which subsided in a week or so. However, I still had little to no urge to defecate. On two occasions I also had very little rectal leakage which looked yellow-ish and I could feel them come down like a tickle in the anal region. During those times and even now, I have a lot of palpitations, fast rate heart-beat sensations on parts of my lower body such as my foot and thighs mainly, which I suspect to be parathesia. My legs and buttock area also seem weaker than usual, I feel discomfort when I sit down for too long or when I walk a lot. I get pins and needles almost instantly when sitting in the toilet or resting a leg above the other.

I was so stressed at the mid-early stages as I was also awaiting STD results from a past encounter including receiving oral sex from a CSW. So all those symptoms pointed to an STD; Herpes in particular, but after taking the test 1 month after exposure; it came back positive for HSV-1 which I kind of knew I had from when I was young. I also did tests for the rest of the STD's 3 weeks after exposure which were all negative.

i did feel a lot better after receiving the STD results, and thought maybe all those symptoms I experienced were stress-related and moved on (I read something online about a brain & gut connection when the body is dealing with stress). I felt reassured and felt mentally stronger than before thanks to 'Feelingundone' who helped addressed the STD symptoms. So I was back in the gym, eating well and drinking enough water - I felt good. But the slow metabolism, weak legs & parasthesia continued even when I was not stressed even a single bit. Just recently, I'm also experiencing intense itching on my body, which appear like raised bumps/lines when scratched, which is extremely visible and goes away in about 20-30 minutes.

I know I sound like a hypochondriac, but believe me I was never this concerned with changes to my body like this, or a matter of fact, anything really. So all I'm trying to do is keep a record of all these symptoms and help them to become diagnosed before it's too late. All these symptoms seem to point at nerve issues, auto-immune issue, under-active thyroid (hypothyroidism) or something else I really have no clue. Im an 18 year old male, generally fit and have no severe history of medical illnesses. I've been to the doctors and they just don't seem to understand anything, I do have an upcoming 'EDTA and Serum SST' blood test later in the week so hopefully that can show something.

If you have the time to help I would appreciate it more than anything. I do apologise for the lengthly posts but I do not want to constantly ping messages across after the question has been asked. Any help provided will be sincerely appreciated. Thank you.
