Undiagnosed Autoimmune Disease

Does age play a big part in how long it can take for a specific diagnosis..?   I'm 32 and have been searching for answers for almost a year now...

HI KaeKae5 and welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately there's no Autoimmunologist specialty.
The necessity of creating a new medical specialty, autoimmunology, is great, as Autoimmune diseases are increasing worldwide-over 80 Autoimmune diseases and millions of patients, many of them just like yourself undiagnosed.

Autoimmune diseases can affect people at any age and diagnosis time
ranges from a few months to... never.

Please consider posting at the Autoimmune Disease Community -where I tend to hang-out mostly-and include details about your condition.
Perhaps myself or other members can give you some ideas and suggestions.

Cheers!
Niko

Sounds like you need to find a specialist if you haven't done so. Age has nothing really to do with diagnosis in my opinion especially at 32, but I'm not a doctor
