Unexplainable bumps on body and blood in stool.

A couple of weeks ago I started developing these bumps on my skin. They didnt itch or caused me any pain or discomfort. They were just there, slightly raised and the skin on and around it would dry after a few days. I first noticed two on my left hand, then on my chin. Shortly after that I noticed the same bumps in my groin area as well as my penis, scrotum, inner thigh area and on my scalp. A few days later I noticed that my lymph nodes under my right ear, the back right side of my neck, under my chin, and the left side of my groin were swollen. I went to a low cost doctor and he told me I had a bacterial skin infection and perscribed Cephalexin. That night I developed a fever, but felt fine the next morning. Felt the same way the following night, just not as bad. Almost 7 days later and I havent seen the condition worsen or get better. I dont have anymore fevers, but the bumps are still there and I've discovered blood in my stool. Its bright red. I also have the feeling of that "urge" to have a bowel movement when I dont really have to go. I'm a pretty healthy 27 year old, no history of illnesses except the occassional cold every now and then. I would like to know what this could possibly be, and the next steps I should take. I have about 4 more days worth of Cephalexin left to take and I do foresee this problem going away in that time. Please help. Here is a pic of my hand with the unexplainable bumps on my thumb and hand. If that doesnt work, try clicking the link. I need some advice.

Even with the picture, you still need to be evaluated by your personal physician or a dermatologist.

Infection is a possibility, along with dermatitis or an allergic reaction.  If the diagnosis continues to be elusive, a skin biopsy can be considered.

Regarding the blood in the stool, this needs to be evaluated further, either with a colonoscopy or flexible sigmoidoscopy.

These questions can be discussed with your personal physician.
