Unexplained chronic pain in my left chest and upper abdominal region, please help?

Hi, I am a 30 year old, healthy male in good physical condition. For the past two months I have had consistent pain and discomfort in my left side chest area and left upper abdominal region. It is felt most closely between a few of my ribs. The pain is not terrible, but constant. It will often radiate to my armpit. I don't have any other symptoms (no coughing or cold or fatigue, no difficulty breathing), except for the anxiety this is causing me.
I initially went to the ER as I thought it was heart related. They ran tests like the ekg, chest x-ray, and blood work, and everything was normal. I went to my doctor a few weeks later, he did more blood work (came back normal), and ran a physical exam, with everything feeling normal. He had me get a CT scan of the chest, with results coming back normal (pulmonary, mediastinum, vascular, etc.). Next step is an ultrasound. But as of now, I am at a loss of words. The pain is not extreme, my energy levels are normal and it is not hindering my day-to-day activity...but it is causing a lot of anxiety and fear that I might have cancer or something.
Does anyone have any thoughts on what might be occurring? Could it be spleen related?

Thank you

Hmm. If the chest xray is normal, ekg normal, no broken rib, no faintness, ... Maybe you sleep on your left side, or you carry something that hurts your side?
Try going on vacation for a few days.
