Unexplained itching caused by invisible bugs

I've got a problem that is getting worse.  I have the feeling of bugs biting me and crawling on my skin  It is worse at night.  I have evidence of skin irritation - not really bites but more of a rash.  I feel the bites worst when I am in my bed and in my recliner but have started to feel the same horrible sensations in my car as well. Any ideas what to do about this?  This has been going on for several months now and it is driving me crazy!

I have been itching and having the bug sensation for almost 8 years  - it's almost gone!!  I have tried everything you can think of and have found something that works for me!
Coconut oil --- take 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil (drink it) every morning before breakfast and 1 Tablespoon before supper.
It works wonders!  I tried tea tree oil, Listerine (all over my body), Borax (in my laundry),  peroxide (burns; not a good idea), and so many other things suggested by others who are suffering this way...
COCONUT OIL IS THE ANSWER...   Seems like such an easy thing that it wouldn't possibly work, but I am glad to say that it does.
I was spraying my bed with Kleen Green, tea tree oil, and Lysol.  I even rubbed fabric softener sheets all over the mattress.  And whatever this "disease" is, Coconut oil is working for me!
