Unexplained pain on right side, under rib cage, radiating to my back.. HELP!

Hi everyone.

I am a 25 y/o female, healthy other than having PCOS.
I have unexplained pain in my RUQ under my rib cage that has radiated around to my back. I am nauseated and can't eat a lot. It doesn't matter what I eat, I still don't feel well. I am down to eating 1 meal a day. I am not losing weight.

I had an abdominal ultrasound which came back unremarkable.

I had a HIDA scan, which showed no blockages and that my gallbladder is functioning at 93%.

I had lab tests done: Amylase, Lipase (both normal), CMP (everything was normal there) and CBC w/ diff (everything normal except RBC & platelets very slightly low)

I am in constant pain.

The pain goes from being a dull achy pain, to being sharp, to feeling like it is squeezing me from the inside to feeling like someone is stabbing me.

Narcotics are not even touching the pain. I can't sleep at night. I am miserable and it is affecting my quality of life.

I was training for a half marathon but I have ceased all activity because the pain is too much. Also, my doc said I couldn't run again til this is sorted out.

I honestly don't know what to do. I have changed my diet. I cut out gluten, dairy & pretty much anything except for fruits, veggies & fresh meats.

My doctor threw a garbage can dx at me saying I had viral syndrome and that I most likely had costochondritis. He said the virus would run it's course in 2 weeks but I am in my third week of pain and it is continually getting worse.

He also said to take motrin & it would go away. But I am allergic to motrin and so he said to take tylenol. He also wants me to go to physical therapy to get anti-inflammatory therapy done. I borrowed a tens-unit from a friend so I am doing that twice every night.

I just called the doc again yesterday and he prescribed me a muscle relaxer to see if that will help the pain. I am just praying for a little bit of relief.

I just want to get back to running. Please help!
