O.k. Got my vitamin D levels back. I'm low again on the D, 25 Hydroxy. It was up to 45 two months ago. Now, it's back down to 25.1. A lot better than 6, where I was in November, but still not what the tests say it should be. It's wierd, as I'm taking 50,000 units of vitamin D per week and am also trying to get out in the sun.
However, the D 1,25 was within normal ranges. I expected it to be high, but it isn't. Normal range is 15.9 - 55.6. I'm 27.3, so I'm on the low end of normal here too.
