Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
What you describe looks like a wave passing from one side to the other. This happens in chronic intestinal obstruction. Other than this, severe spasms can be felt in any inflammatory bowel disease like Crohn’s, IBS, celiac, etc. It can also be due to involvement of both liver and spleen.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP to run tests and examination to clinch a diagnosis.
Take care!

Your just having indigestion problems/ gas. you stated you are overweight, not to seem rude or sterotypical, but i am guessing you do not eat as healthy as you should? junk foods are hard for the body to digest causing your digestive tract to bubble and gas up. for the next 2 weeks, quit it with the junk foods, eat lots of fibre to flush out the plumbing. if after about 2-3 weeks of not junk and lots of fibre, your still feeling these problems, cut out all milk products, sometimes, randomly people become lactose intolerant. lactose is a natural sugar in milk and dairy products. if your having trouble digesting milk you'll be gassy, crampy, your intestinal pain may feel bubbly/kind of like a stomach growl but lower or even just a sharp pain. you may even have diarrhea. digestion problems feel like knotting maybe as well, the pain from the gas/ pressure feeling may make it feel like its hard to breathe. I hope this helps!
