Upper left abdomen pulsating

Hey there, I'm a 21 years old male, healthy. In the last few weeks I've been experiencing a strange pulsating feeling in my upper abdomen, I have no pain whatsoever, and it happens rarely, still I think it's a bitt strange, because until now I've never noticed it... It's located on the upper left part of the abdomen, right under the ribcage, it's only this pulsating feeling..
Should I worry? Could be gases? Or something more serious?

Thanks in advance:)

It is nothing to worry about. This is most likely the movement of your intestine, which is easily noticed in children or adults with less fats lining their abdominal wall.
