Right upper chest pains is atypical, albeit still possible, for possible cardiac causes. More typical would be a musculoskeletal cause.
To evaluate for heart conditions, an EKG and echocardiogram can be discussed with your personal physician or cardiologist.
Once excluded, you can evaluate for possible muscular causes, in conjunction with a physical therapy referral.
