VSD, Chest Pain and Pleurisy!!!

I am a 20 year old female and I was born with VSD. Recently I have been having chest pain and went to the ER for it about a week or 2 ago. The took all my vitals, EKG, blood work and they said everything looked normal. I wasnt having a heart attack or a stroke, dont have heart disease. They diagnosed me with pleurisy and that has been the 2nd time I have had it in the past 8 months. I had it a while back when I was sick with bronchitis. They gave me meds and stuff and the pain hasnt gone away. I have finished all my meds and Im still hurting. My pain is on my right side then my left then up my neck and before I go to bed its back at the right side, what do I do
