Vague, diffuse symptoms- non stop pain for years

I feel sick every day of my life. I am a 28 year old female. Some of my symptoms include:

Nausea (all day long, I had a negative blood pregnancy test)
Muscle and bone/ joint pain- everywhere (hands, neck, feet, legs, back) , I cry because I am always in pain
Breast tenderness and soreness (all the time, not just around period )(ultrasound turned up nothing)
Headaches every single day (had a normal MRI years ago)
Pain in lower abdomen and lower back (ruled out UTI, but I do have a complex ovarian cyst) I have regular bowel movements. Pain mostly in RUQ
Burning/ fuzzy feeling behind ribcage (antacids don't help and I had a clear chest xray)
Flushing in face
Extreme tiredness/ sleepiness
General Malaise (I feel like just laying down all the time because I feel so sick)
I need at least 10 hours of sleep a night.
I am not depressed and do not have anxiety.

My blood/ urine test results include:
High protein in urine but no infection
Low platelet count (115)
WBC low (3.3)
Positive ANA with nucleio pattern 1:40 titer
Normal Sed Rate
Blood pressure consistantly normal
Normal neuro exam

I have a complex cyst on my ovary- this is recent

I have had two children. I had intrahepatic cholestasis of pregancy (rare) with both.

I have a Mirena IUD in.

I have taken 40mg Celexa daily and 50mg Trazodone nightly for the past 4 years.

Please help me. Does anyone have any idea?

Yes, I've taken antibiotics for several infections, but the symptoms I'm having I have had for years and seem to flare up twice a year at least.

That's what I was thinking I had, but my ANA titer is so low, my doctor told me it's only borderline positive. I have a lot of other symptoms of Lupus though, so I think I'm going to ask for a referral to a rheumatologist. I'm just tired of feeling sick and in pain everyday!

What about Lupus?  I believe there are specific lab tests for it.

It's difficult to say for sure without examination.

I can comment on some of the individual symptoms.  Chronic nausea can be evaluated with various GI tests, including an upper endoscopy, or imaging the belly.

Chronic muscle pain can be evaluated by a rheumatologist.  Although the ANA level was positive, a 1:40 titer is not very high.  Fibromyalgia can be considered.

I agree with the MRI for headaches, but if they continue, a referral to a neurologist can be considered.

Regarding the fatigue, I would perform basic blood tests, including a thyroid test and blood count to exclude hypothyroidism or anemia respectively.

The RUQ pain should be imaged.  An ultrasound or CT scan can be done to look at the liver or gallbladder.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.

Also, I was negative for Hepatitis, HIV, thyroid disease and lymes.

My skin is also painful to the touch sometimes and I get cold very easily. I am 5'6'' and weigh 126 lbs.
