Wake up clenched hand and scratches

Hello. I am a twenty-four year old female. Just with in the last month i have awaken from my sleep several times with my left clenched to a part of my body tightly and just as i wake up my hand lets go and i scratch my self. Sometimes hard enough to make my self bleed. At the same time as i am awakening i hear my teeth grinding. There was one night in particular that i remember dreaming about squeezing the trigger of a spray bottle and i woke up to my hand moving in that motion but i was grabbing my stomach at the same time and then i scratched myself. My husband woke me out of my sleep another time asking me what i was doing. I have never done this before now. Should i be worried?
