Wake up hot, body extremely warm
For several years I have been waking up everyday with a very warm body.  My skin is hot but not sweaty.  I don't feel sick or have a temperature.  I have repeatedy been told that I am uncomfortable to lay close to in the morning as my skin or body heat is too warm/hot.  I am 35 years old and have no symptons of menopause (hope not...too young!).  I have yearly physicals and I am not on any medication/drugs.  Is there anyone else who has this problem and do you know what the diagnosis is or what causes it?  Overall, I feel healthy, emotionally stable, and active.

Hi,

I would suggest you to get a thyroid tests done. Hyperthyroidism or excessive secretion of thyroid hormone causes heat intolerance. Please get it done at your earliest.
