What can be the problem??

I have been having a lot of issues lately with some weird sensations.. A few that started happening recently are concerning me. Im gonna try to keep this short and sweet. So, my ears will become extremely sensitive at random times. Noises will begin to hurt my ears and the noise will start to make my heart go crazy! This usually will happen at night, but it has happened during the day while watching tv or listening to the radio. Its like my heart feels like it is sinking and beating crazy and I have to get away from the noise or else I will start to freak out. Also, I have this feeling that happens in my pelvic area, my stomach, chest, and arms.. It feels like the pins and needles sensation, but without the numbness.. It comes and goes. Here's the weirdest sensation... Ill be laying down or even just sitting, and it will feel like my body will quickly jolt and I will get dizzy. It sometimes feels like Im lightly swaying either up or down and sometimes back and forth. Oh, and Im also seeing pink and yellow spots in my vision and its getting blurry. Do any of these symptoms sound familiar to anyone? Im really scared and would appreciate some help from you guys.. Thank you.

Hello~

So many of your symptoms sound anxiety related. It is unbelievable the symptoms it can cause. I would certainly see your doctor, have some blood work taken and other tests to rule out any thing serious, then, if all is well, he/she will probably put you on a mild anti-anxiety drug such as Xanax.

Many of your symptoms sound like anxiety.  Often times your body gets sensitized and you can feel these symptoms even when you don't feel anxious at the time.  check out this book; Hope and Help for your Nerves by Dr. Claire Weekes. It's an old book by a doctor who really cared about people suffering with anxiety.  Also, here's a list of common anxiety symptoms; http://www.anxietycentre.com/anxiety-symptoms.shtml#symptomslist
I started having problems with anxiety when I was in high school.  I did self help and went to a therapist a few times.  I felt much better and have been doing great for years.  Just recently, during a time of stress, I started having a weird symptom that's effecting my sleep.  I'm having a hard time believing it's anxiety because it is so unusual and strong but logically I know it probably is.  It's just a new thing for me to try to "battle" something that catches me off guard while sleeping!  Good luck to you.  Message me if you need someone to talk to.
